Before practice, your child must be dressed correctly (e.g. no sandals and clean uniforms). Towels and water bottles are also required at every practice. Parents are responsible for transportation to and from practice and games, as well as for bringing snacks. We strive to help youth maintain a positive attitude and to have a willingness to learn. If there are any behavioral problems, your child will be asked to sit out during games.

Football Practice Guidelines

Due to Covid-19, Water has to be provided by the parent. We are stressing that every child has their own water bottle. Parents may also bring Gatorade® for their children.

No caffeine drinks are allowed during football games or practices, as we’re committed to teaching our students to make healthy decisions.

If for any reason your child cannot make it to a game or practice, we please ask that you inform your child's coach.

Before every football practice, it’s essential that your child stretches. Throughout the day, your child should also drink enough water; eat fruits, vegetables, and proteins; stay away from fatty foods or eat it in moderation; and exercise, even on off-days.

On off-days, we recommend a one-mile run, 20 push-ups, and 20 sit-ups. If you have any concerns about your child, our coaches are always here to assist you.
